If you enjoy game, this is the restaurant for you!  Salmon n' Bannock is an indigenous-owned and operated restaurant focusing on locally sourced ingredients and game.  There is a lot of salmon on the menu and also elk and bison.  Everything was excellent!  There were some unique ingredients used like soapberry, which creates an interesting foam and candied salmon.  Bannock is similar to a biscuit and works with sweet and savory food.  There are also some vegetarian dishes.

 The staff was very friendly and helpful.  It is a small place, so reservations are a must.
