The Shop Breakfast & Lunch, near UNM, Albuquerque, NM

We stopped at The Shop Breakfast & Lunch after the Balloon Fiesta.  The line was long, but the food was well worth the wait.  They have a very interesting menu, which includes favorites like chilaquiles, but also unusual offerings like duck hash.  One of us ordered a dish served with an incredible Earl Grey creme patisserie.  Amazing!

I had to take the pictures after we started eating, because we were all so hungry.  Nobody could wait.  This place looks very unpretentious, but the food is sophisticated.
