Lacey Rose Saloon in Silverton, Colorado

 Lacey Rose Saloon is in "downtown" Silverton, Colorado.  The menu has a few unusual items, such as a rattlesnake/rabbit sausage.  This is a historic saloon dating back to the mining heyday.  The ambiance and decor is striking.  The owner, Lacey Black, was playing piano when we walked in.  This is a really fun place and takes you back in time.  The ceiling is pressed tin and the bar has spectacular wood work.  The fireplace was roaring and food was filling and perfect for a chilly October day.  I forgot to take pictures of the food!
