The Grange in Solana Beach

 

Bunnies! Bunnies! Bunnies!  The Grange has a bunny meet-and-greet, along with breakfast and lunch.  I started with the bunny experience.  There are three bunny enclosures and you can sit in two of them.  I was handed some fresh parsley and stepped over a low fence.  I sat and five bunnies rushed over to devour the herb.  The bunnies were very fluffy and friendly.  Bunnies are cute, quiet and relaxing.  Some wanted to be scratched and petted.  Some were definitely not impressed with me.  I spent about fifteen minutes with them.  Then, after sanitizing my hands, I had a nice cappuccino.

The Grange is in the Cedros Design District.  There is lots of nice shopping nearby.  It is easy to find parking.  Bunny time was $12, but you can look at them for free.  I visited the older bunnies.  There is another enclosure with younger bunnies that were very hoppy.  Most of these are rescue bunnies.
