Inn at Death Valley, CA
We ate dinner at the Inn at Death Valley and enjoyed it so much we came back for lunch and another dinner. The menu is American cuisine with several dishes inspired by Native American foods. I especially enjoyed the pozole soup, which was very filling, rich and creamy. Pozole is a traditional stew made with corn.
The restaurant is part of the Inn, which is a full-service hotel in the Furnace Creek area of Death Valley National Park. The hotel looks very nice. It is built up a hill and has great views of the area. It has a pretty garden and a beautiful pool. It is a historic hotel, but was recently renovated. There is parking at the base of the hill.
