Multnomah Falls, near Portland, OR

 A must visit, just 45 minutes from Portland.  There are steps to the base of the falls and then a nice trail to the bridge.  The top of the falls is accessible via a narrow, muddy hiking path.  When we were there, there were so many flowers in bloom.  There are restrooms and a restaurant at the base.  During the peak season, you must make a reservation to visit!  We got the last pass for the day, only because someone warned us it was needed beginning Memorial Day weekend.
