Seoul Taco St. Louis

 Seoul Taco has spread out from the Loop to the Grove, all the way up to Chicago.  They deserve their success!  The food is quick and loaded with flavor.  The format is Mexican with tacos and burritos, but the flavor profile is Korean.  The proteins are well-seasoned and each dish has plenty of vegetables.  There are a range of sauces and condiments to further customize your meal.  The atmosphere is hip with fun art.  Their original food truck is deconstructed on the wall of the Delmar location.  I had the gogi bowl, which has meat, rice and a salad on top.  They also have some traditional Mexican items, like quesadillas.  It is a great place for a tasty, quick and cheap meal.
