There were giant engines that belched smoke rings, engines that went "chug-chug-chug-BOOM" and little engines that pumped water. There was so much to see at the Antique Engine & Tractor Show. It is held on several weekends in October at the
Antique Gas & Steam Museum in Vista. This year was a tribute to the Chevy Truck. I had a great time looking at the machines. Many of them were immaculate and clearly well loved. There is a spring show and I plan to attend that. Food is available on-site and there are nice restrooms. It cost $5 to park and $10 admission for an adult.
