Pacifica has a great view of the ocean. We were there are one of those rare, cold, cloudy San Diego days. We couldn't see anything! We sat outside and were cozy, because they had the heaters running and had lowered the window awnings. The food was great!
The restaurant is on the top floor of a small shopping plaza. It is over the Pacifica Cafe, which is a take-out cafe, also with a nice balcony and ocean view. We found the cafe first and we confused, unti we looked up and saw people eating at the restaurant.
