Ursando Gardens, Tokyo

Ursando Gardens is located in a quiet suburban area.  It is meant to showcase traditional Japanese food and crafts, as well as some modern treats, such as the rain drop cake:

This is sweet, agar jelly to be mixed with the sweet "sand" and syrup

It is in a traditional style wooden building.  It is a work-in-progress with more activities being added to the upstairs area, which is now vacant.  We also had green tea prepared in the traditional style and we learned how to whisk our tea.
